1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Baka-Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.

2. Description of Service

Baka-Bot is a Discord bot designed to detect and mitigate spam in Discord servers. Its features include, but are not limited to:

• Automated identical-message spam detection across channels
• Pre-kick warnings with per-message expiry timestamps
• Automatic kicks with DM notification and spam message deletion
• Moderator action buttons for manual kick, message cleanup, and violation reset
• Configurable detection limit and time window per server
• Per-server audit log channel

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Baka-Bot. The bot is intended for use on servers where you have the authority to add bots and configure moderation tools.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Baka-Bot to:

• Harass, target, or discriminate against individuals or groups
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's operation
• Circumvent or abuse moderation features to harm users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring Baka-Bot is configured appropriately for their community and that its use complies with Discord's policies.

5. Availability and Modifications

Baka-Bot is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Baka-Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to Baka-Bot for any server or user found to be in violation of these terms or Discord's own policies, at our sole discretion.

You may remove Baka-Bot from your server at any time by using Discord's server settings. Removal will cease all bot activity in your server.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Baka-Bot is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will catch all spam, prevent all rule violations, or be free of errors. Use of the bot is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Baka-Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to moderation errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
